USDA TFAP (Commodities)
Hours: 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:30
Available once a month to any Marion County Resident in need of food. Client must complete an application that is available in the food pantry and provide identification.
Emergency Food Pantry is closed during monthly USDA commodities distribution
Clients can pick up for other people (with their permission) but only two additional people. At least one of the people must have an assigned last name for the correct pick up day.

USDA Senior Food
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-12 & 1-3:30
USDA Senior Food is a once-a-month box of shelf-stable food for persons over age 60 who are income eligible. Serving Marion and Ralls County. A partnership between the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri, USDA, and Douglass Community Services.
USDA Super Suppers & Summer Lunch Program
This program is run out of the Douglass Building at 235 Munger Lane, Hannibal, MO 63401 (old Shirley Bomar Center)
Super Suppers provides an after-school meal and snack to youth age 18 and under who are involved in any after-school activity. Distributes to schools in the Hannibal Public School District
Summer Lunch Program provides free and nutritious summer lunches for youth age 18 and under. Locations vary each summer.

Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots
Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots provides Christmas gifts for low-income children. Counties serviced include Lewis, Marion, Ralls, Pike, Shelby, and Monroe. Applications available mid-October. To keep informed check out the Facebook page: Toys for Tots of Northeast Missouri.

Nifty Thrifty Store
Location: 253 Munger Lane, Hannibal MO 63401 (Shirley Bomar Center)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00
Clothing items very reasonably priced. In addition to clothing, household items such as dishes, linens, small appliances, ad home accessories are often available, depending on donations. Donations of all types of items (in good condition) are always appreciated, but DCs is unable to pick-up or deliver.
Free items are always available to clients in need.
Care Closet
The Care Closet provides personal hygiene and household items for clients utilizing the Emergency Food Pantry. Eligible for 2 free items a month. Items include: shampoo, deodorant, soap, toilet paper, razors, nail clippers, paper towels, laundry soap, cleaners.
Care Closet is funded and stocked by donations and will gladly accept any new and packaged hygiene or household item!
Foster Grandparents
Foster Grandparents are role models, mentors, and friends to children with exceptional needs. The program provides a way for volunteers age 55 and over to stay active by serving children and youth in their communities. Volunteers can work as one-on-one classroom aids, as mentors in workforce placements, and as a homework helpers. Volunteers must be 55 years of age and will receive a small stipend, if income eligible.
