DCS Executive Committee Members
Seth McBride, President: Seth McBride resides in Hannibal, MO. Seth is the Associate Business, Education and Law Division Chair/ Senior Lecturer in Criminal Justice at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO. He is the President/Co-founder of the Blue Wolverine Foundation (501c3), which supports families of children with Type-1 Diabetes in Northeast Missouri. Seth is the owner of McBride Arms LLC. Seth also created the Fallen Officer Project at Culver Stockton College, which recognizes Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty. Seth, and his family, are members of Clover Road Christian Church in Hannibal, MO. Seth graduated from Hannibal LaGrange University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice, and later went to earn a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security Administration from Tiffin University (OH).
Keri Cottrell, Vice President: Keri Cottrell resides in Canton, Missouri with her husband, Tony. Together they are the parents of two grown children, Andrew and Hannah. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Culver-Stockton College and later went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Elementary Administration from William Woods University. Keri spent 24 years as an elementary classroom teacher in the Canton R-V School District. Currently, she serves as a Member Service Coordinator for Missouri State Teachers Association. In this capacity, she advocates for teachers in thirty-seven school districts in northeast Missouri.
Amanda Wosman, Secretary: Amanda Wosman is the Program Director of Clarity Healthcare in Hannibal and Quincy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Culver-Stockton College. She has been with Preferred Family as the Director of the FQHC for one year. Prior to joining Clarity Healthcare, she spent 18 years at Hannibal Regional in various departments including Physician Relations, Business Development and Marketing.
Ms. Wosman is active in the community by participating in Project Community Connect, the Regional Health Steering Committee, CHART Partnership, Pike County Community Partnership, Healthy Minds/Healthy Lives Coalition, Tri-County Alliance for Unmet Needs, Council of Related Agencies, Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success, Parents as Teachers Advisory Board, Douglass Community Services Board of Directors and the Show Me Missouri School-Based Health Alliance.
Emily Trevathan, Treasurer:
Emily Trevathan is a Hannibal native with a Masters of Arts in Economics, experience working for a Fortune 500 company, and owning a local business, Twisted Juniper Yoga. She is a Realtor Associate with Prestige Realty, Inc and a recipient of the Ilearn scholarship funded by Down Country. Emily served a term on the Board of Directors for Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce and is active in the community.
