Seth McBride, President

Keri Cottrell, Vice President: Keri Cottrell resides in Canton, Missouri with her husband, Tony. Together they are the parents of two grown children, Andrew and Hannah. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Culver-Stockton College and later went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Elementary Administration from William Woods University. Keri spent 24 years as an elementary classroom teacher in the Canton R-V School District.   Currently, she serves as a Member Service Coordinator for Missouri State Teachers Association. In this capacity, she advocates for teachers in thirty-seven school districts in northeast Missouri.

Amanda Wosman, Secretary: Amanda Wosman is the Program Director of Clarity Healthcare in Hannibal and Quincy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Culver-Stockton College. She has been with Preferred Family as the Director of the FQHC for one year. Prior to joining Clarity Healthcare, she spent 18 years at Hannibal Regional in various departments including Physician Relations, Business Development and Marketing.
Ms. Wosman is active in the community by participating in Project Community Connect, the Regional Health Steering Committee, CHART Partnership, Pike County Community Partnership, Healthy Minds/Healthy Lives Coalition, Tri-County Alliance for Unmet Needs, Council of Related Agencies, Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success, Parents as Teachers Advisory Board, Douglass Community Services Board of Directors and the Show Me Missouri School-Based Health Alliance.

Shelley Oglesby, Treasurer: Shelley received her education at the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management. Shelley is interested in teaching and research of child growth and development as well as Alzheimer’s disease. Shelley currently works with children diagnosed with autism and children on the autism spectrum, as well as children with Asperger’s in a school setting.
Shelley cares about the students and understands that these young individuals are like the rest of us, they just want to be understood. Shelley is committed to and wants to ‘give back’ to those who are at a disadvantage and maybe be struggling for their freedom or even their lives. In her free time Shelley enjoys enjoys gardening and caring for the poultry that provides eggs for friends and family on the farm her and her husband live on.
