At Douglass Community Services, we believe that everyone deserves a stable and comfortable home. That's why our Housing Program is dedicated to helping households with low- or very low-income gain housing stability. Through our partnership with Hannibal Board of Public Works, specifically the HBPW: Project Share-NCare, we offer assistance with housing and utility expenses. We are committed to making our community a place where everyone feels welcome, needed, and prepared to be an active part of it.
